Commercial
Commercial plumbing in Duval County
Restaurants, multifamily, dental & medical, retail. One phone number for the whole shop — your home plumber and your business plumber, same dispatch.
Commercial plumbing in Duval isn't a different trade. It's the same plumbing, with tighter deadlines and more paperwork. Health-department inspections for restaurants. ADA compliance for retail and medical. Backflow-prevention testing for multifamily. NSF-certified fixtures for food service. We carry the COI most commercial landlords ask for, and we know which Duval inspector expects what.
The four sub-sections below are the industries that make up most of our commercial book. If your business doesn't fit one of these neatly — call us anyway. The toolkit is the same.
Restaurants & Food Service
Restaurants run on a different plumbing rhythm than residential — health-department inspections, NSF-compliant fixtures, grease-trap service intervals, three-compartment sink configurations. We service all four. We carry the COI most restaurant landlords ask for and we know which Duval health-inspector expects what.
- Grease trap and grease interceptor service
- Three-compartment sink installation and repair
- NSF-compliant fixture replacement
- Hand-sink and prep-sink installation
- Floor-drain repair and inspection
- Emergency response for dinner-service plumbing failures
Multifamily & HOA / Property Management
Apartment buildings, condo associations, and managed multifamily properties need a plumber who can handle unit-by-unit work and building-wide systems on the same call. We do both. ADA-compliant fixture upgrades, building-code-compliant repipes, and the steady rhythm of unit turn calls — we run the same trucks on all of it.
- Unit-by-unit fixture and drain service
- Building-wide backflow testing (annual code-required)
- Common-area plumbing (laundry rooms, pool houses, clubhouses)
- Whole-building repipes (PEX or copper)
- ADA-compliant fixture upgrades
- Unit turn punch-list plumbing
Dental & Medical Practices
Dental and medical practices need plumbing that meets ADA accessibility standards, FDA-compliant water quality for clinical use, and the operational reality that a clinical day cannot wait for a plumber. Vacuum lines, dental-chair plumbing, sterilization-loop supply, ADA restrooms — we service all of it on a schedule that doesn't interrupt patient care.
- Dental vacuum line repair and replacement
- Dental chair supply and drain plumbing
- Sterilization-loop and autoclave water lines
- ADA-compliant restroom retrofits
- Backflow-prevention compliance for clinical water supply
- After-hours response so clinical days aren't interrupted
Retail & Boutique Service Businesses
Retail spaces — boutiques, salons, fitness studios, professional offices — need plumbing that's reliable and code-compliant without being overbuilt. Customer-facing restrooms, employee break-room fixtures, and the occasional leak that has to be fixed before the next morning's open. We turn around retail plumbing fast and document what we did for the landlord.
- Restroom fixture repair and replacement
- Break-room sink and dishwasher plumbing
- Backflow testing (annual code-required)
- Leak response (before-the-next-business-day priority)
- Salon and barbershop wash-station plumbing
- Landlord-documented work orders for triple-net leases
- COI On request
- After-hours By appointment
- Plumbers on staff 40
- Trade-only since 1996
Common commercial questions
Do you carry a COI?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers comp at standard commercial limits and can email the COI to your property manager or landlord before we dispatch. Most commercial clients ask once and we have it on file going forward.
What's your response time on a commercial emergency?
Same-day for in-Duval addresses; after-hours dispatch within the window we promise on the call. For restaurants and dental practices where a plumbing failure interrupts the operating day, we triage your call up the queue.
Do you work nights and weekends to avoid disrupting our operation?
Yes. Most multifamily, dental, and retail clients prefer after-hours scheduling for non-emergency work — we run that schedule routinely. After-hours rates apply.
Can we set up a recurring service interval?
Yes — restaurants on a monthly or quarterly grease-trap interval, multifamily buildings on an annual backflow interval, dental practices on a sterilization-loop maintenance schedule. We invoice the interval and dispatch automatically.
Do you handle code compliance and permits?
Yes. We pull permits when work requires them, coordinate inspections, and document the work for your landlord, your franchise, or your code-enforcement file.
Need a plumber for your business? One number does both.
Restaurants, multifamily, dental, retail — same dispatch as residential, same written estimate up front. Call (904) 555-0140 or request a COI for your property manager.
