Services
Burst pipe? Standing water? We answer 24/7.
Same-day emergency plumbing across most of Duval, with a real plumber on call after-hours, every night and every weekend.
Anything that can’t wait until Tuesday. Burst pipe, sewer backup, water heater leak, no water at all — the calls we run after-hours, every night and every weekend. We answer the phone. We tell you a real arrival window. Every job — emergency or scheduled — starts with a free written estimate before any work begins. No surprise pricing in a crisis.
We don’t advertise a “1-hour guarantee” because nobody in this county can actually deliver that on a Saturday at 11 PM in Mandarin from a shop on the Westside, and a guarantee you can’t keep is worse than no guarantee. What we’ll tell you on the phone is the truth about when we can be there.
Typical symptoms

- Sewer backup — sewage coming up through a floor drain or the lowest toilet
- Water heater leaking — pooling around the tank, scalding water at a fixture
- No water at all — main supply line failure, frozen pipes, pressure regulator gone
- A gas-line smell that wasn't there yesterday

Frequently asked
Six common questions for emergency plumbing.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Anything where water is actively going where it shouldn't, where you have no water at all, where there's a sewer smell or backup, or where there's a gas smell. If you're not sure, call. The conversation is free and we'll tell you whether it can wait until morning or whether we need to come out now.
How much extra do you charge for after-hours service?
After-hours and weekend service calls are priced higher than weekday daytime calls — every plumber in Duval prices that way. We'll quote you the after-hours rate on the phone before we dispatch, and the full job gets a written estimate before any work starts. No surprise pricing in a crisis.
Do you actually carry parts on the truck, or do you have to go get them?
Most common parts ride on the truck — shutoff valves, supply lines, common water heater elements, snake bits, basic fittings. For a specialty part, we may need to source it the same day. We'll tell you on-site if that's the situation and what the timeline looks like.
What should I do while I wait for you to get there?
Shut off the main water valve if water is actively running — it's usually at the front-yard meter or on the wall behind your water heater. If it's a water heater leak, shut off the supply valve on top of the tank and (for gas) the gas valve on the line below. Move anything off the floor that can't get wet. Don't run any more water through the system. If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas company first, then us.
Do you handle commercial emergencies?
Yes. Restaurants, multifamily buildings, dental and medical practices, retail — we run commercial emergency calls the same way as residential, with a written estimate up front and a plumber on-site within the arrival window we promised. We carry the COI commercial property managers usually ask for.
Do I need to be home for an emergency call?
For an inside-the-house emergency, yes — somebody eighteen-plus needs to be there to let the plumber in and to authorize the estimate. For an outside-the-house emergency (main supply line, yard-side sewer, irrigation), no — we can work from the meter and the outside cleanouts and call you with the estimate.
