Most common parts ride on the truck — shutoff valves, supply lines, common water heater elements, snake bits, basic fittings. For a specialty part, we may need to source it the same day. We'll tell you on-site if that's the situation and what the timeline looks like.

Shut off the main water valve if water is actively running — it's usually at the front-yard meter or on the wall behind your water heater. If it's a water heater leak, shut off the supply valve on top of the tank and (for gas) the gas valve on the line below. Move anything off the floor that can't get wet. Don't run any more water through the system. If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas company first, then us.

Yes. For an inside-the-house emergency, yes — somebody eighteen-plus needs to be there to let the plumber in and to authorize the estimate. For an outside-the-house emergency (main supply line, yard-side sewer, irrigation), no — we can work from the meter and the outside cleanouts and call you with the estimate.
