Duval Plumbing Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates this website at duval-plumbing-co-ssg.pages.dev (and, soon, duvalplumbingco.com). This privacy policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you visit this site, we collect:

• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, time of visit) — used to monitor site health and respond to abuse.
• Anonymized analytics via Google Analytics 4 if you have not opted out — used to understand which pages help visitors most.

When you submit our contact form, we additionally collect:

• The information you typed (name, phone, email, ZIP, the service you need, and any message you wrote).
• UTM tracking parameters from the URL you arrived from, your referrer, and the page you submitted from — used to attribute the inquiry to a marketing source.
• A timestamp.

We do not collect payment information on this site. Payment, if any, happens at the time of service, separately.

What we do with it

We use your contact-form submission to follow up with you about your inquiry, schedule service, and provide the estimate and the work itself. We may store the submission in our customer-management system so the next time you call we have your history.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We share it with our service providers (the Cloudflare Worker that processes the form, the Supabase database that stores it, the email or SMS service we use to notify our dispatcher) only as needed to deliver the service.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us at the address in the contact section. We’ll confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the GA opt-out browser add-on.
• You can request a copy of the information we have about you, also by emailing us.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (if you have not opted out) and to keep your session working as you move between pages. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
